NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide) is a B3 metabolite naturally found in broccoli and avocado. Complemented with resveratrol, an antioxidant compound extracted from grapes, they help protect cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals, and provide maintenance of good health.

What is NMN?

What is resveratrol?

Resveratrol, a polyphenol with neuroprotective activity, is present in common diets such as red grapes, berries and red wine. In 2003, Harvard professor David Sinclair and his team found that resveratrol can activate acetylase and increase the lifespan of yeast. Resveratrol enhances NMN performance

The combination of resveratrol and NMN originated from professor David Sinclair. The principle is that the NAD+ molecule is too large and cannot directly enter the cells and be absorbed by the human body.
